Week 11 Journal

I've decided to go with fashion journalism as my beat. I enjoy writing about local businesses and news having to do with the apparel industry, and I also enjoy writing about not so local high fashion shows and global fashion news as well. I haven't done a lot of writing about fashion, but what I have written I have enjoyed. Honestly, I haven't written a lot of any topic so I'm choosing fashion to focus on. I'm hoping to get better at writing about this topic and I hope it will help me prepare for the industry I want to work in even more.

Semester Review

It became easier Throughout the course of this semester, I’ve gone through many ups and downs with writing. After graduating from high school, I thought I was a pretty good writer. I took college compositive my senior year and got really good grades, so I wasn’t that worried about writing in college. Well let me tell you, I was knocked down a few pegs my freshman year of college. Now I think I’m an okay writer, but I definitely do struggle a bit.
