On Wednesday, Bernie Sanders officially dropped out of the presidential race. This will establish former Vice President Joe Biden as the presumptive Democratic candidate. Bernie plans on remaining on the ballot for states who still have primaries.

To be honest, I thought this assignment was going to be a lot easier than it was. Writing less than 280 characters doesn’t seem like it would be difficult, but it’s not easy to try and summarize an article and make someone want to read it with a character limit. It was challenging to try and summarize the environmental article specifically because there are a lot of facts in the article that are important. Compared to this, the retail/fashion article wasn’t as hard to write a tweet about because I’m aware of what’s going on in retail right now.
